Job Title: Data Analyst Intern

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst Intern to join our team. As a Data Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects and gain hands-on experience in data analysis, machine learning, and predictive modelling. In capacity as a Data Analyst, you will collaborate with our technical team and help solve complex problems and drive insights from large datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collect, clean, and pre-process data from various sources to prepare it for analysis.
2. Designing, developing and maintaining databases, data systems and reorganizing data in readable format.
3. Present findings and insights to internal stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations.
4. Dive into data to find trends, patterns, and connections that can inform decision-making.
5. Work with the team to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.

Requirements:

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's program in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis libraries/tools.
3. Proficiency in technical data handling, e.g. writing SQL or Python scripts to manipulate data.
4. Knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
