Job Title: Inventory Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a meticulous and tech-savvy Inventory Control Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will utilize information systems to track and manage inventory levels, analyze inventory data, and implement efficient inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Inventory Tracking: Use inventory management software to monitor and track inventory levels across multiple store locations.

·         Data Analysis: Analyze inventory data to forecast demand, identify trends, and prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

·         Process Implementation: Implement and optimize inventory management processes and software solutions.

·         Reporting: Generate inventory reports and present findings to management.

·         Collaboration: Work with suppliers, store managers, and distribution centers to ensure timely and accurate inventory replenishment.

·         Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to reduce inventory costs and improve stock turnover rates.

Qualifications:

·         Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

·         Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.

·         Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Excel, and data analysis tools.

·         Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

·         Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external partners.

Detail-Oriented: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory records.
